How it works

  1. Install the plugin in Claude (desktop app or Claude Code). When Claude starts, the app opens in your browser.
  2. Pick a folder; everything you say stays there as plain files you own.
  3. Each message gets a fast reply from your Head Coach, then the team updates your journal, plan and calendar.
